Club Lime Braddon and Ground Up Braddon

We’ve completed an extensive fit out for Club Lime Braddon and Ground Up Braddon, building upon our previous successes. Due to the buildings age and new building classification, a full NCC 2022 assessment had to be undertaken, this project had many challenges to comply with the current NCC 2022 code, full new systems and upgrades led to significant enhancements to building including new dry and wet fire systems, including structural enhancements to the building structure, installation of new engineered entry stairs, both internal and external. Additionally, we modernized the facilities with new toilets, a state-of-the-art lift, and a complete mechanical, lighting and electrical overhaul, ensuring a top-notch environment for all users. Together with the typical fit out requirement items for a vacant space such as wall, floor, joinery.

The team worked with multiple consultants including the architects, access consultants, fire consultants, energy consultants, structural engineers, hydraulic engineers, fire engineers, building certifiers to make the building meet the stringent requirements of the current code while achieving the fit out requirements of the client.
